Aica Adtek Sdn. Bhd. is an Adhesive manufacturer committed to providing quality and environmentally friendly products that fulfil interested parties’ requirements through the continual improvement of the Integrated Management System.
Aica Adtek Sdn. Bhd. shall:
- Commit to protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution by promoting the 3Rs (Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse).
- Ensure that staff have the necessary training to improve their competency.
- Ensure continual improvement of the Integrated Management System with efficient, streamlined, and consistent procedures to enhance environmental performance.
- Comply to applicable legal requirements as well as the other requirements that the company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspect.
- Promote risk-based thinking and address the risks and opportunities that can affect the conformity of the service and product from an environmental aspect.
Health & Safety Policy
Aica Adtek Sdn. Bhd. as a Hot Melt Adhesive manufacturer is committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment to prevent work-related injury and ill health by continuous improvement of the Safety & Health Management policy.
Aica Adtek Sdn. Bhd. shall:
- Promote the health & safety awareness among employees, business associates, and other interested parties so that they are responsible for the occupational safety and health at their place of work.
- Ensure consultation, participation, cooperation, and responsibility to all employees, business associates, and other interested parties in implementing the best practices and working environment to prevent work-related injury, occupational diseases, hazards, and work risks through systematic risk identification, assessment, control procedures, training, and instruction.
- Ensure all persons have the right to stop work when there is an immediate threat to the safety of the workforce, individual health, and the preservation of property and assets of the company.
- Comply with all applicable legal and other requirements.
- Protect workers from reprisals when reporting incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities.
We will set achievable HSE objectives based on our risk profile to pursue the goal of incident-free workplace in Injury, Process Safety and Compliance. All our employees and business associate will be expected to act according to this policy and to take it as a personal responsibility to achieve an incident-free workplace.
