Aica Malaysia manufactures a range of wood-based panel adhesives which includes Urea Formaldehyde (UF), Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) and Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins for composite wood applications such as Particle Board (Chipboard), Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), Plywood and Oriented Strand Board (OSB). The adhesive resin produced capable of meeting various bonding and emission standards of CARB, EN, JIS, AS, NZ, etc.

In effort to provide a more environmental friendly alternatives, Aica Malaysia had introduced Greener Phenol Formaldehyde resin, which contains of sustainable, non-fossil and renewable material. Our composite wood customers using GPF were able to achieve JORA Biomass 15% mark and JAS certification.

Chemical additives such as Formaldehyde Scavenger, Accelerator and Flame Retardant are available to meet composite wood customer’s special requirements and standards.
